You can spend less if you need to and you can waste money getting unnecessary work done at a great price too. These guys do what is required to make your car last a long time at a fair price. Free car wash too. I always enjoy my visit. Can't wait for the expansion.

Jeff Critchfield is the real deal. He listens and repeats back what he heard so we are on the same page with what I think I need. He says what he's going to do, and then does it.
He is kind yet professional, and double checks to insure that everything was covered during the service call.
I feel confident working with him, and experience mutual respect and courtesy.
Best of all, he doesn't try to be chummy, he keeps moving while remaining friendly so the job gets done.
This adds up to trust, and insures I will continue with this dealship for service, and most likely the next new car.

BTW, the sales team has been great as well, always helpful when I am wandering around the sales area while the car is being serviced. Helpful but never pushy.

Hello, My name is Jill and I am currently on my third vehicle on Park Mazda Subaru. My first two cars were a Mazda, I love the Mazda 3 so much, that I convinced my son to get one, now he drives one and he loves it. My salesman, Paul Burke, is exceptional. I was looking for an AWD vehicle because I was so scared of driving in the snow, so I called him. I honestly didn't think he would help me because I currently have a lease with Park Mazda Subaru and that lease wouldn't be up until October, but he did, he called me a few hours later and worked out a deal that was hard to refused. Paul Burke went the extra mile, he got me into a vehicle I could afford and got me out of my lease as early as April, without any penalties. I know that Paul didn't make much money off of my deal, but Paul's' goal was to make me satisfied and happy. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for a great vehicle and one that is affordable, please give Park Mazda Subaru a chance and please ask for Paul Burke, he gives it his all and he will tell you no lie. If he cannot do the deal then he will come right out and say it. When we first was negotiating on the price on a Tuesday, I lost hope but on Thursday he called me and said Jill I worked out a deal for you and I have to say it was a great deal, now I go to work everyday, with no worries, Thanks Paul fro everythingJill

I bought a used car from Park Mazda from Dave S. and it was a great car shopping experience. Normally I dread buying a new car because I don't know much about cars but he was informative and blunt. He told me the truth so I never felt like I was being fooled by anything.. I'll be back again!!

The Mazda Service Representative was very accommodating. I had to work late and was going to be 1/2 hour late for my appointment. However, after calling the Service Department, they told me that I could still bring in my vehicle for its oil change even though I was going to be 1/2 hour late. Everyone at Park Mazda is always very friendly, courteous, and accommodating.
